ZLJ-2000 Heavy-Duty Conveyor Belt Vulcanizer

The ZLJ-2000 heavy-duty conveyor belt vulcanizer uses a sectional aluminum heating platen for conveyor belt hot-splice work. Its listed 2000 mm and 45 kW configuration is a starting point for a technical quotation, not a substitute for checking the full splice drawing and site supply.

Listed ZLJ-2000 configuration

  • Model: ZLJ-2000
  • Sectional aluminum heating platen
  • Listed width configuration: 2000 mm
  • Listed power configuration: 45 kW

Ask for the dimensioned platen drawing, usable heating area and complete electrical load schedule before ordering. The model name alone does not confirm splice length, bias layout, voltage, phase, frequency or the accessories included.

Check the complete splice area

Provide the belt identification and manufacturer-approved splice drawing. The selection review needs belt width, total thickness, reinforcement type and the prepared joint dimensions. A width match on its own does not establish that the whole splice fits the proposed press.

Prepare site power and handling information

Record the available voltage, phase, frequency and connection requirements. Have the site electrician review the proposed load and protection requirements. Also state access openings, transport route, lifting arrangements and cooling-water availability, so these assumptions can be included in the quotation.

What to request in the quotation

  • A dimensioned drawing showing the proposed press and complete splice coverage.
  • A list of included controls, cables, pressure equipment and any cooling components.
  • Component dimensions and weights for transport and lifting planning.
  • Proposed inspection records, documentation, spare parts and delivery scope.

Frequently asked questions

Does 2000 mm specify the complete heating area?

No. It is the listed width configuration. Confirm the actual platen dimensions, splice length and layout on the supplier drawing.

Can I select the electrical supply from 45 kW alone?

No. The listed power is not a complete electrical specification. Request the proposed voltage, phase, frequency and total connected load for review by the site electrician.

Is the photo specific to this exact model?

The photo shows the ZLJ series. It does not verify the exact dimensions or included components of this configuration.
