Match the fastener to the conveyor

Provide the belt construction, width, thickness at the joint, belt rating where available and the smallest pulley diameter. Confirm the offered fastener against the relevant manufacturer’s selection data.

Replacing an existing joint

Photograph the joint from both sides with a ruler for scale. Include the existing manufacturer or model, pitch, dimensions and connecting-pin details where applicable. Appearance alone does not establish suitability or load rating.
