Features of conveyor belt vulcanizing machine
The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine adopts 380V or 660V three-phase electricity as electric heating element, and is made of light aluminum alloy as the main material. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, easy disassembly and assembly, fast temperature rise, uniform temperature and high thermal efficiency. This product can be applied to the joints of tapes in metallurgy, power plant, port, chemical industry, metal mining and other industries. Through the vulcanizer, the joints are smooth, no need to enter, and basically the same as the original tapes, which can reduce the roller wear and extend the service life of the conveyor and tapes.
Vulcanizing machine generally consists of four parts: one clamping mechanism, two control systems, three pressure systems and four heating systems. The clamping mechanism is generally composed of a frame and bolts. The control system consists of electric control box and one and two lines. Pressure system consists of a water pressure plate and test pump. The heating system consists of heating plate and heat insulation plate.
- The vulcanizing machine has two working modes of manual and semi-automatic. The setting is the working mode of conventional vulcanizing machine.Program 1: working mode of rotary die; Program 2: meeting the requirements of special rubber process.
- The hydraulic cylinder adopts the patented technology of “oil cylinder compound sealing device” with independent intellectual property rights. The sealing is reliable and the service life is long.
- The moving template has the functions of fast rise, slow lock and fast fall. The closing speed and exhaust speed can be adjusted separately to improve the production efficiency.
- The electric system adopts computer control, which is convenient and reliable. The combination of Taiwan original gear pump and medium and high pressure vane pump, controlled by proportional pressure and flow compound valve, low noise and low energy consumption.
- After the product is vulcanized, the oil pump motor stops working, and has automatic pressure compensation function and oil pump stop delay, the oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.
